NUR 350 - Adult Nursing ICredit Hour(s): 4 This course will focus on the concepts of nursing practice related to the care of adults of all ages related to acute and chronic health conditions and complex care needs. Skills and knowledge will be combined to assist patients to meet their needs through promotion, restoration, and maintenance of health. Concepts of preserving dignity and maintaining confidentiality will be reinforced. Skills to assess for abuse and neglect will be reinforced. The role of nurse as advocate and teacher will be incorporated into practice. 4 Credit(s).
