Post Master’s Certificate in School Improvement

The Post-Master’s Certificate in School Improvement prepares educators, administrators, and other education professionals who already have a master’s in education or a related field who want to advance their career to the next level. In this three-course, nine-credit hour program, educators will come away with the knowledge, skills, and experiences to collaborate and lead in school improvement plans to support greater student learning outcomes and a more responsive learning community. The certificate program is 100% online and can be completed in three seven-week terms. Upon completion, the certificate can be applied by itself or in combination with the Post-Master’s Certificate in Teacher Coaching toward the completion of Ferrum College’s Education Specialist (EdS) in Teacher Leadership and Coaching.
