BIO 303 - Microbiology

[NSM] A study of the anatomy, physiology, isolation, and identification of microorganisms concentrating primarily on the bacteria. The roles of various groups in nature, medicine, and industry are also studied. Immunology and a study of the human immune system are included. The laboratory portion stresses the practical aspects in an individual isolation and identification setting. This course has an additional fee. 4 Credit(s). 6 Contact Hour(s).
