ART 217 - Introduction to Photography

[QR] A studio course designed as an introduction to both digital and chemical process photography. Attention to technical aspects including exposure settings, cameras types, storage media, as well as digital and analogue darkroom techniques. Special emphasis is placed on photography as an art form. Students must provide a 35 mm camera, with a manually adjustable shutter and aperture, all other materials and digital tools will be provided. This course has an additional fee. 4 Credit(s). 8 Contact Hour(s).
