CHM 220 - Principles of PharmacologyCredit Hour(s): 3 Pharmacology introduces students to the fundamental concepts of drug therapy. Topics discussed include factors involved in drug administration, metabolism, toxicity, and function, as well as an introduction to drugs and drug classes. Societal and economic aspects of drug therapy in relation to issues such as drug cost, scheduling, regulation, and addiction are also covered. 3 Credit(s).
